TORKUAZ JOBURG TRADING (PTY) LTD serves as the Brokerage and facilitator in the oil and gas sector, leveraging our industry expertise and relationships to connect qualified buyers with established sellers/seller mandates who have direct access to sellers and their supply channels.
While TJB does not hold title to the product or act as the seller mandate from the refinery, we do have the networks and establishment to facilitate transactions that ensure transparency and efficiency.
TJB’s role extends beyond an introduction, as is the case with intermediaries.
Facilitating a transaction encompasses all aspects of risk management, compliance, and procedural requirements.
Our aim is the successful completion of a transaction while protecting both the Seller and the buyer
(We) take every step to ensure a successful conclusion
The final contract will be executed directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
Commissions are pre-approved and paid by the Seller to the seller’s Paymaster, who will distribute commission payments as stipulated in the Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA).
The Seller’s decision concerning commission is final.

If the Buyer is interested in proceeding with the transaction, they must agree to the Seller’s procedures. To proceed, it is compulsory to send all the relevant documents ie LOI, CIS, CPA or TSA to our Brokerage Company.
Once we receive and reviewed all the documents, our team will contact and initiate the necessary steps and procedures accordingly.
